About No Place Like.
I’m Suki — a 50-something, neurodiverse woman with a wide skill set, a strong work ethic, and more diligence than is probably healthy. Even so, traditional office environments have always been difficult for me. Sensory overwhelm, social expectations, rigid routines… all things that make full-time office life unsustainable.
I am fortunate to work from home, and I know many others are just like me: highly capable, hardworking, and reliable — but limited by the challenges of in-office work.
Some are neurodiverse.
Some have mental health conditions or disabilities.
Some simply need the flexibility and balance that home working provides.
Yet finding genuinely remote roles is surprisingly difficult. When I recently started looking for a new job myself, I realised how scattered — and often misleading — listings can be. So I created No Place Like.
Every day I scan trusted job boards, hand-pick fully remote positions, and add them here.
I don’t list hybrid roles, or anything requiring regular office visits (occasional is fine).
I don’t list jobs without transparent salaries.
I don’t list vague “freelance” roles pretending to be employment.
I don’t list non-regulated roles that insist on a degree while offering a lower-end salary.
I hope this site helps you find work that actually fits your life — not the other way around. If you have questions or suggestions, you can reach me at hello@noplacelike.io.
